Euan Bowditch grew up near the first steps of the white cliffs of Dover but now lives in the Scottish Highlands, wandering the forests and enjoying all the trees. He is currently a forestry researcher and lecturer at the University of the Highlands and Islands (UHI) Inverness and the Scottish School of Forestry. Euan has worked on wych elm and Dutch elm disease for many years, helping conservation and restoration of the species.
